🍏 Green Citrus Ginger Juice
Ingredients:
1 green apple
1 cucumber
Juice of 1 lemon or orange
Small piece of fresh ginger (about 1–2 cm)
1 handful of spinach (optional)
200–300 ml cold water
Ice (optional)
How to make it:
Wash everything well.
Cut apple and cucumber into chunks.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Strain if you prefer a lighter juice.
