Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar bruschetta topping (about 14–16 oz)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish with olive oil.
Place the raw chicken breasts in the casserole dish in a single layer.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Spoon the jarred bruschetta topping evenly over each chicken breast.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve warm.
