Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, sliced into rounds or sticks
1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce (low sodium if preferred)
1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds or sticks.
Place them in a large bowl or container with a lid.
Add vinegar, lemon juice, and soy sauce.
Sprinkle in chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and everything bagel seasoning if using.
Toss everything well until the cucumbers are evenly coated.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes in the fridge so the flavors soak in.
