Garlic & Olive Oil Massage Remedy
Ingredients
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Crush the garlic cloves well.
Add them to the olive oil.
Mix in the lemon juice.
Let the mixture sit in a covered jar for 12–24 hours.
How to Use
Gently massage the mixture onto painful legs, knees, or joints for 10–15 minutes.
Leave it on for 20–30 minutes, then rinse if desired.
Use once daily, preferably at night.
Optional Drink Version
Some people also take:
1 glass warm water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
Drink in the morning for general wellness.
