Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet Italian dressing seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
8 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, and Italian dressing seasoning until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
Cover with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Remove foil for the last 10 minutes if you’d like the top slightly golden.
Serve hot over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
