Easy 4-Ingredient Busy-Night Chicken Bake
A simple, quick family dinner with only 4 main ingredients!
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 can (10.5 oz / about 300 g) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Ritz), crushed
Optional
2 tablespoons melted butter (for extra crisp topping)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish.
Place the chicken breasts in the dish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
Spread this creamy mixture evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle the crushed crackers over the top.
Drizzle melted butter over the crackers if using.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and bubbly.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
