Slow Cooker Cranberry Chicken
A simple sweet-and-savory dinner with tender chicken and rich cranberry flavor.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 packet dry onion soup mix (the 1 extra ingredient)
Optional: 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard for extra flavor
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together:
cranberry sauce
dry onion soup mix
Dijon mustard (if using)
Pour the cranberry mixture evenly over the chicken.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Once cooked, spoon the sauce over the chicken before serving.
