Simple Ginger Water Recipe
Ingredients:
1–2 inches fresh ginger root
1 liter water
Optional: lemon slices or a little honey
Instructions:
Peel and slice the ginger thinly.
Add it to a pot with 1 liter of water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Turn off heat and let it cool.
Strain and pour into a bottle or jar.
Add lemon or a little honey if you like the taste.
How to drink it:
1–2 cups per day is enough
Can be served warm or cold

May help with digestion and bloating
Can be a low-calorie alternative to sugary drinks
Adds flavor and hydration
