Frozen Blueberry Greek Yogurt Clusters 🫐❄️
Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup melted dark or milk chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, helps chocolate smooth out)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Line a tray or plate with parchment paper.
Scoop small clusters (about 2 tablespoons each) onto the tray.
Freeze for 1–2 hours, or until solid.
Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time.
Dip or drizzle the frozen yogurt clusters with melted chocolate.
Return to the freezer for another 15–20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Serve
Keep stored in a freezer-safe container and enjoy straight from the freezer for a cold, creamy snack!
