Ginger Water Recipe
This simple ginger water is refreshing and flavorful, but keep in mind no drink specifically “burns fat” on its own—healthy habits overall matter most.
Ingredients
1 large piece fresh ginger root (about 10–12 cm / 4–5 inches)
1.5 liters water
Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
1–2 teaspoons honey (optional)
A few mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
Wash and peel the ginger.
Slice it thinly or grate it for stronger flavor.
Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil.
Add the ginger to the boiling water.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Strain the water into a jug or bottle.
Add lemon juice, honey, or mint if desired.
Serve warm or chilled.
How to Drink
1 glass in the morning
1 glass before meals
Do not overdo it—2 to 3 glasses per day is enough
Tip
Store in the fridge for up to 2 days for best freshness.
