Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops with Creamy Potatoes 🥔🍖
Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
4–5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1 small onion, sliced (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Lightly season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and quickly sear pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side (optional, but adds flavor).
Layer sliced potatoes and onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, chicken broth, sour cream, and garlic until smooth.
Place pork chops on top of the potatoes.
Pour the creamy ranch mixture evenly over everything.
Cover and cook on:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
During the last 30 minutes, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top if using, then cover again until melted.
Serve warm with the creamy potatoes and extra sauce spooned over the top.
Tip
Add mushrooms or green beans for extra flavor and a full one-pot meal.
