Ingredients
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix:
brown sugar
garlic powder
paprika
salt
black pepper
onion powder
Rub both sides of each pork chop with olive oil.
Coat the pork chops evenly with the brown sugar seasoning mixture.
