Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Cooking spray
Optional Dipping Sauce
Ranch dressing
Spicy mayo
Garlic yogurt dip
Instructions
Wash and dry the cauliflower well, then cut into bite-sized florets.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil until evenly coated.
In another bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs (or almond flour), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Coat each cauliflower floret in the seasoning mixture, pressing lightly so it sticks well.
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange cauliflower in a single layer.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Tip
For extra crispiness, spray the tops lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
