Crispy Roasted Baked Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Wash and dry the cauliflower, then cut it into medium florets.
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cauliflower florets and toss well until fully coated.
Spread the cauliflower on a baking tray lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
