Ingredients
2 large cucumbers, sliced into rounds or sticks
1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)
Instructions
Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds or sticks.
Place them in a large bowl.
Add vinegar, lemon juice, and soy sauce if using.
Sprinkle in chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Toss everything well until the cucumbers are evenly coated.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes so the flavors soak in.
Top with sesame seeds and fresh herbs if desired.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
