4-Ingredient Melt-in-Your-Mouth Roast
Ingredients
1 beef chuck roast (3–4 lbs / about 1.5–2 kg)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
Instructions
Place the chuck roast in a slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the roast.
Sprinkle the brown gravy mix on top.
Place the stick of butter over the roast.
Cover and cook on:
Low for 8–10 hours, or
High for 5–6 hours
Once done, shred gently with a fork—the meat should be super tender and juicy.
