Ingredients
2–3 large chicken breasts
8–10 slices bacon
1/2 cup sour cream (or mayonnaise)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Prepare chicken: If breasts are thick, slice them in half lengthwise for even cooking. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Wrap with bacon: Wrap each piece of chicken with 2–3 slices of bacon. Place in a baking dish.
Make creamy topping: In a bowl, mix sour cream (or mayo), Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika.
Top the chicken: Spread the mixture evenly over each bacon-wrapped piece.
