6–8 frozen sausages (any kind you like)
4 medium potatoes, chopped
1 large onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced (optional but great for flavor)
1 cup chicken broth (or water + bouillon cube)
(Optional extras: garlic, paprika, black pepper, herbs)

Layer the base
Add chopped potatoes, onion, and bell pepper to the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add sausages
Place frozen sausages right on top (no need to thaw).
Pour liquid
Add chicken broth over everything.
Season (optional)
