🍰 Giant 1-Cup Cake (Simple & Economical)
🧾 Ingredients (use the same cup for everything)
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil (vegetable or sunflower)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Pinch of salt
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a medium or large baking pan.
In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and slightly fluffy.
Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth (don’t overmix).
Pour batter into the pan.
Bake for 30–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool, then slice and enjoy!
🍫 Optional Add-Ins (cheap & tasty)
Add 2 tablespoons cocoa powder for a chocolate version
Add orange zest or lemon zest for flavor
Sprinkle sugar on top before baking for a light crust
💡 Tips
No mixer needed—just a whisk or spoon works fine
You can replace milk with water if needed (still works!)
Works great in a pan, pot, or even stovetop (covered, very low heat)
