🧾 Ingredients
4 eggs (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
🥣 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
Blend the wet ingredients
In a blender, add:
Eggs
Sugar
Milk
Oil
Vanilla
Blend for about 1–2 minutes until smooth and slightly frothy.
Add dry ingredients
Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
Blend briefly (10–15 seconds) just until combined—don’t overmix.
Bake
Pour the batter into your prepared pan.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool & serve
Let it cool, then dust with powdered sugar or serve as is.
💡 Tips
For extra “cloud-like” softness, separate eggs: blend yolks with wet ingredients, then fold in whipped egg whites at the end.
Add lemon zest or orange zest for a fresh twist.
Great with jam, cream, or chocolate drizzle.
