Ingredients
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon raw honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice (fresh)
2–3 tablespoons warm water
Optional: a small pinch of grated ginger or cinnamon
Instructions
Mix the flaxseed with warm water and stir well. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to slightly thicken.
Add honey and lemon juice.
Stir until smooth.
Take 1 spoonful in the morning (or mix into warm water/tea if you prefer).
