🥩 4-Ingredient Melt-in-Your-Mouth Roast
🧾 Ingredients
1 beef chuck roast (about 1.5–2 kg)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water (or beef broth for extra flavor)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
Place the roast in a baking dish or Dutch oven.
Mix the sauce
In a bowl, combine:
onion soup mix
cream of mushroom soup
water (or broth)
Pour over the meat, making sure it’s well coated.
Cover tightly with a lid or foil.
Slow cook in the oven for 3–4 hours, until the meat is fork-tender and falling apart.

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or bread
Spoon the rich gravy over everything
