4β6 boneless or bone-in pork chops
1 can (about 600 g) apple pie filling
1 packet onion soup mix
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Β½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional but recommended for depth)

Layer the pork chops
Place the pork chops in a single layer at the bottom of your slow cooker.
Mix the topping
In a bowl, combine:
Apple pie filling
Onion soup mix
Cinnamon
Black pepper
Dijon mustard
Pour over pork chops
Spoon the mixture evenly over the pork chops, making sure theyβre well coated.
Cook
On LOW for 6β7 hours
Or HIGH for 3β4 hours
Until pork is tender and cooked through.
Serve
Spoon the sauce over the pork chops. Great with:
