🧾 Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts (or 6 thighs)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Ritz), crushed
3 tablespoons melted butter
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place in a greased baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together:
Cream of mushroom soup
Sour cream
Mayonnaise
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
In a small bowl, combine:
Crushed crackers
Melted butter
Then sprinkle this over everything.
