Ingredients:
800 g to 1 kg beef (chuck or stewing beef), cut into cubes
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup (240 ml) beef broth
2 tablespoons ketchup (or tomato paste for a deeper flavor)
Instructions:
Add beef
Place the raw cubed beef directly into your slow cooker.
Mix & pour
In a bowl, mix the onion soup mix, beef broth, and ketchup.
Combine
Pour the mixture over the beef and stir lightly to coat.
Cook
Low: 7–8 hours
High: 4–5 hours
Finish & serve
Stir gently—the beef should be tender and flavorful. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or bread.
