Ingredients
1.5–2 kg bone-in pork neck bones
1 can (400–500 g) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup water (or broth for extra flavor)
Instructions
Prep the slow cooker
Lightly grease the inside or use a liner for easy cleanup.
Add the pork
Place the pork neck bones evenly in the slow cooker.
Mix the sauce
In a bowl, combine:
Cream of mushroom soup
Onion soup mix
Water
Stir until smooth.
Pour over meat
Pour the mixture over the pork, making sure everything is coated.
Cook low and slow
Cook on LOW for 7–8 hours
(or HIGH for 4–5 hours if you’re short on time)
Finish & serve
The meat should be very tender and falling off the bone. Stir gently before serving.
