Quick Garlic Flatbreads (Ready in 10 Minutes)
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter Topping
3 tbsp melted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add yogurt and olive oil, then stir until a soft dough forms.
Knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
Divide dough into 6 pieces and roll each into a thin flatbread.
Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook each flatbread for about 2 minutes per side until golden spots appear.
Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley. Brush over warm flatbreads.

Fresh cilantro instead of parsley
