3-Ingredient Tender Weekend Chicken
Ingredients
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or drumsticks
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
Pour barbecue sauce on top and coat well.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes until tender and caramelized.
