Guava Blood-Support Smoothie 🍈

Guava Blood-Support Smoothie 🍈
A simple, refreshing recipe using Guava that’s naturally rich in fiber and vitamin C. While guava can be part of a balanced diet, it’s not a cure for blood sugar issues—healthy eating and medical advice still matter.
Ingredients
2 ripe guavas, washed and chopped
1 cup unsweetened yogurt or plain kefir
1/2 cucumber, sliced
Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup cold water or ice
Optional: a few mint leaves
Instructions
Cut the guavas and remove any hard seed centers if desired.
Add guava, yogurt, cucumber, lime juice, chia seeds, cinnamon, and water to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and top with mint leaves if using.
Serve chilled.
Optional Guava Tea
You can also make a simple tea:
Boil 4–5 fresh guava leaves in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes.
Strain and drink warm.
Tips
Use ripe guava for natural sweetness without added sugar.
Pair with protein or healthy fats for steadier energy.
Great as a light breakfast or afternoon snack.
