Apple Cider Vinegar Morning Drink
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1β2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Warm the water slightly β not boiling.
Stir in the apple cider vinegar.
Add honey, lemon, or cinnamon if desired.
Drink slowly in the morning, preferably with or after breakfast.
Tips
Start with just 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to see how your stomach handles it.
Always dilute it in water to protect your teeth and throat.
Rinse your mouth with plain water afterward.
