Sausage Balls Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb ground breakfast sausage
2 cups biscuit baking mix (like Bisquick)
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Optional: 1/4 tsp garlic powder or cayenne for extra flavor
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine sausage, biscuit mix, and cheese.
Mix thoroughly with your hands until fully combined.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm.
Tips
If the mixture feels dry, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk.
You can make them ahead and freeze before baking.
Great with ranch, honey mustard, or spicy mayo.
