Why Bananas Are Popular After 60
Bananas contain:
Potassium, which supports heart and muscle function
Fiber, which may help digestion
Vitamin B6 and antioxidants
Natural carbohydrates for energy
Eating one banana daily can fit into a balanced diet, but it’s not a miracle food. People with certain conditions like kidney disease or diabetes may need to watch portion sizes or potassium intake.
