🥘 Slow Cooker Chicken & Stuffing Casserole
Ingredients (4 main things)
1 box stuffing mix (about 170–200 g, like chicken-flavored stuffing)
2–3 chicken breasts (or thighs for juicier results)
1 can cream of chicken soup (about 300–400 g)
1 cup chicken broth (about 240 ml)
Optional but highly recommended: 1/2 onion (chopped) or frozen mixed vegetables
👩🍳 Instructions
Prep the crockpot Lightly grease the inside so nothing sticks.
Layer the chicken Place raw chicken breasts at the bottom.
Mix the creamy base In a bowl, stir together:
cream of chicken soup
chicken broth
optional onion or veggies
Pour this over the chicken.
Add stuffing on top Sprinkle the dry boxed stuffing evenly over everything.
Do not mix.
Cook
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Finish & fluff About 10 minutes before serving, gently fluff the stuffing layer so it absorbs the sauce evenly.
