Simple & Delicious Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
2–3 medium sweet potatoes
2–3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Peel (or leave skin on) and cut sweet potatoes into cubes or wedges.
Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
Spread evenly on a baking tray (don’t overcrowd them).
Bake for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy on the edges.
Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
