Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef
These cheesy beef tortilla wraps are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfect for lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
500 g (1 lb) ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
4 large flour tortillas
1 tomato, diced
Lettuce or shredded cabbage
2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
1 tbsp ketchup or hot sauce (optional)
1 tbsp oil or butter for frying
Instructions
Cook the beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add oil, onion, and garlic. Cook until soft.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Cook until the meat is fully done and slightly crispy.
Prepare the wraps
Lay tortillas flat.
Spread a little mayonnaise or sour cream in the center.
Add lettuce, tomato, cooked beef, and shredded cheese.
Fold
Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly like a burrito.
Toast
Place wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serve
Slice in half and serve warm with fries, salad, or dipping sauce.
