Ingredients
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
Optional Extras
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Baby potatoes or carrots
Instructions
Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, and chicken broth.
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–8 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Chicken is done when tender and falling off the bone.
