Hearty 4-Ingredient Grandpa Spring Stew

Ingredients
1 lb smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced
4 medium potatoes, diced
1 small cabbage, chopped
4 cups chicken broth or water with bouillon
Optional seasonings
Salt and black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion flakes
Instructions
Add potatoes and broth to a large pot. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Stir in sliced sausage and chopped cabbage.
Cook another 15–20 minutes until potatoes are tender and cabbage is soft.
Season to taste and serve hot with bread or crackers.
