Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef
These cheesy beef tortilla wraps are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfect for a quick family dinner!
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, diced
4 large flour tortillas
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions
Cook the beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and cook 2–3 minutes until soft.
Add garlic and ground beef.
Cook until browned and fully cooked.
Drain excess grease if needed.
Season
Stir in paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Cook another 2 minutes.
Assemble wraps
Lay tortillas flat.
Add beef mixture to the center.
Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a spoonful of sour cream.
Fold
Fold in the sides, then roll tightly like a burrito.
Toast
Heat oil or butter in a skillet.
Cook wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
