Homemade Chocolate Fudge Bars
These look like creamy chocolate fudge bars with a soft, melt-in-your-mouth center. Here’s an easy no-bake version you can make at home.
Ingredients
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional
Crushed wafers or cookies for texture
Chopped nuts
Instructions
Line a loaf pan or small square dish with parchment paper.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt:
chocolate chips
condensed milk
butter
Stir continuously until smooth and glossy.
Remove from heat and mix in:
vanilla
salt
any optional add-ins
Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until firm.
Slice into bars and serve chilled.
For the layered texture like the photo
After pouring the fudge into the pan:
Let it cool slightly.
Fold and stir gently a few times with a spatula before fully setting.
This creates soft layered ripples inside the fudge.
Storage
Keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
Freeze for up to 2 months.
