Cloud Cake (Blender Cake)
This soft, fluffy “cloud cake” is incredibly easy — just blend, bake, and enjoy!
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional Toppings
Powdered sugar
Fresh berries
Whipped cream
Lemon zest
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
Add eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla to a blender. Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend again just until combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Tips
For a citrus version, add the zest of 1 lemon or orange.
Want it extra airy? Separate the eggs and fold whipped egg whites into the batter at the end.
This cake pairs perfectly with tea or coffee.
