Creamy Velvety Chicken Casserole
This cozy baked chicken dish is rich, creamy, and perfect for cold evenings. The “velvety mixture” is a creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce that bakes right over the chicken.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a glass casserole dish with olive oil.
Place chicken breasts in the dish and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
In a bowl, mix:
cream of chicken soup
sour cream
Parmesan cheese
garlic
Pour the velvety mixture evenly over the chicken.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and the chicken is fully cooked.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
