Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Beef Tips
This is one of those super simple “dump-and-go” slow cooker meals that turns cheap beef into rich, tender comfort food.
Ingredients
2 lbs (900g) beef stew meat or cubed chuck roast
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
Optional: mushrooms, garlic, black pepper
Instructions
Add the raw cubed beef to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top.
Add the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
Stir lightly until combined.
Cover and cook:
LOW for 7–8 hours
or HIGH for 4–5 hours
Once the beef is fork-tender, stir and serve.

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
