Ingredients
1 beef chuck roast (3–4 lbs)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
Instructions
Place the chuck roast into your slow cooker.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the roast.
In a bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
Pour the mixture over the roast.
Cover and cook:
Low: 8–9 hours
High: 5–6 hours
Once fork-tender, shred or slice the beef and spoon the gravy over the top.
