Crispy Heaven (3-Ingredient Crispy Snack)
Ingredients
2 large potatoes
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella work great)
6–8 slices bacon or turkey bacon, chopped
Optional

Black pepper
Garlic powder
Green onions or parsley for topping
Instructions
Prep the potatoes
Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean towel.
Cook the bacon
In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Make the crispy base
Leave a little bacon grease in the pan. Spread the grated potatoes into a thin layer and press down gently. Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy underneath.
Add cheese & bacon
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the potatoes, then add the crispy bacon on top.
Fold & crisp
Fold in half like a giant hash brown or keep flat like a skillet crisp. Cook another 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts and the bottom gets extra crispy.
Serve hot
Slice and enjoy with sour cream, ketchup, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Tips
Use a nonstick or cast-iron skillet for best crispiness.
Add jalapeños or onions for extra flavor.
