Creamy Bacon Pea Salad
Ingredients
4 cups frozen peas, thawed
8 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Thaw the peas and pat dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine peas, bacon, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the salad and stir until everything is coated.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor.
