Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta Bake
A rich, cheesy, comforting dinner that tastes restaurant-worthy — perfect for date night or family dinner.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini work great)
2 chicken breasts, diced
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until golden and fully cooked.
Add butter and garlic; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in half the mozzarella and parmesan until creamy.
Mix in cooked pasta and transfer everything to a baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
