Easy Beef Strip Casserole Bake
A simple, comforting dinner with tender beef, creamy sauce, and rich flavor — perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
500–700 g beef strips (sirloin, stew beef, or steak strips)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
Optional: 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Salt & black pepper to taste
Cooked rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the raw beef strips into a greased glass casserole dish.
Add the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and mushrooms.
Stir everything together until the beef is fully coated.
Sprinkle cheese on top if using.
Cover with foil and bake for 45–55 minutes, until the beef is tender and bubbly.
Serve hot over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
