Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 can (300–400 g) condensed cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken soup)
1 cup sour cream
Optional (but great):
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Place chicken in a lightly greased baking dish.
In a bowl, mix condensed soup and sour cream until smooth.
Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and spread evenly.
Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with:
Mashed potatoes
Rice
Buttered noodles
Steamed vegetables
