Juicy Creamy Garlic Chicken Bake
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts (or 6 chicken thighs)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Optional: chopped parsley for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Drizzle with olive oil and rub to coat.
In a bowl, mix garlic, cream, and Parmesan.
Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken.
Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes (until chicken is cooked through and golden on top).
Rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley.
