Garlic Butter Chicken & Linguine in Alfredo Sauce recipe 🍝🧄✨
Ingredients
For the chicken:
2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
For the Alfredo sauce & pasta:
250 g (9 oz) linguine
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup (120 ml) chicken broth (or pasta water)
Salt & black pepper to taste
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the pasta
Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain.
Cook the chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Add minced garlic during the last minute. Remove chicken.
Make the Alfredo sauce
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in cream and broth. Simmer 2 minutes.
Add cheese
Stir in Parmesan gradually until smooth and creamy.
Combine
Add cooked linguine and toss. If thick, add reserved pasta water. Return chicken to the pan.
Serve
Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
